2008 WHS Band Scholarship Awards

The 2008 Woodcreek Band Boosters is proud to be making available 9 scholarships this year.  The list below shows the dollar amount for each scholarship that the Scholarship Committee will be awarding.

 

Two $250 scholarships

Three $200 Scholarships

Four $100 Scholarships

 

To apply for these scholarships please fill out a “2008 WHS Band Boosters Scholarship Application”.  These can be found in the Band Room #202 or you can download the application packet by clicking here.

 

Attached to the application please include:

 

1. A short essay on why you want the scholarship.

2. Letters of recommendation (from teachers, music instructors, and/or family members) **Mr. North will not be able to provide these letters**

2008 Scholarship Scoring Guide (already attached to each application)

 

The deadline for applying is April 1^st, 2008.

 

All applications and supporting documents need to be turned into a drop box at 488 Knowlton Ct. Roseville Ca. by midnight on April 1^st.  Directions to the drop box location can be viewed by clicking here.

 

NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED

 

Scholarship Winners will be announced at the Band Dinner on May 13^th, 2008
